Hi, and welcome to Storyline Border Collies. I’m Victoria (Tori) Steiner, and I live in Northwestern Pennsylvania with my incredible pack of Border Collies. For the past ten years, this breed has been my passion, my purpose, and my daily joy. What began as a love for their brilliance and versatility has grown into a lifelong commitment to honoring and preserving this incredible breed.

At Storyline, we spend our days training, competing, and just enjoying life together. My dogs and I participate in a wide variety of activities including agility, conformation, dock diving, rally, disc, barn hunt, and more. I believe in the importance of a well-rounded dog - one who is both athletic and thoughtful, driven and biddable, with a temperament you can live with and a structure that will carry them through a lifetime of adventure.

Breeding is not a business for me, it's a devotion. I breed to contribute meaningfully to the future of the breed, and to share these extraordinary dogs with others who will cherish them as much as I do. All of my breeding dogs are fully health tested and evaluated for temperament, drive, and structure. Puppies are raised right in my home, surrounded by the rhythm of daily life, other animals, and thoughtful enrichment. They begin life as part of the family, and my goal is for them to leave just as prepared to thrive in yours.
